Our History
All Occasion Tent Rental was started in 1994 in Greenwood, Indiana, with the purpose of offering high-quality rentals, delivered in a timely fashion, making it easy to rent tents, tables, chairs, and other supplies for special events. As a family owned and operated business, previous owners Glen and Julie Rice involved their entire family in nearly all aspects of the business throughout the years. In 2024, new owners Andrew Davis, Scott Kraege, and Eric Tobias purchased All Occasion Tent Rental with the mission of continuing the companies relentless focus on quality, service, and reliability.

When Joe from Indianapolis first contacted us, he was beginning to think that planning a wedding in two months was impossible. If you're from Indianapolis, you have probably noticed our handy work on game days - either in person at tailgate parties around the stadium, or from arial views if watching the big game on TV. Fans have come to expect a great environment before games, with tents, tables, and chairs to socialize, eat, and drink.
This hotel in Carmel, IN, contacted us to set up a unique environment for a multi-day, company training event. Renting a tent is often more cost-effective than renting a conference room or banquet hall, and allows for event planners to have more control over the event with regard to catering and other services required.
