The Job Environment is:
• Team Oriented. You will work with a team on every job, collaborating to get the job done
• Physically Demanding. You will work outdoors, in varying conditions, and will be lifting heavy equipment, kneeling, and standing for long periods
• Flexible. You may have shifts that vary based on the season, and may include early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends
• On Site. You will work at different event locations, including residential and commercial settings
Our General Requirements are:
• Physical Stamina. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stay on your feet for several hours each day
• Dependability. Must be punctual and have strong attendance
• Flexible. Must be able to handle a varied schedule and work long hours during peak season
• Communication. Must be able to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team
